Delete your account

Submit a request to permanently delete your VBC One account and all associated personal data.

What will be deleted

  • ✕Your profile (name, photo, date of birth, contact details)
  • ✕Family tree entries linked to your account
  • ✕Your address and member details
  • ✕Your login credentials and session data

What may be retained

  • ✓Transaction records required for legal or tax compliance
  • ✓Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you

Request account deletion

Enter your registered mobile number below. Our team will process your request and delete your account within 30 days.

This action is permanent. Deleting your account will remove your profile, family tree entries, photos, and all personal data from the VBC app. This cannot be undone.

Enter the number you used to sign in to VBC One.

Your request will be reviewed by an admin. Deletion is completed within 30 days of submission.
