a. Account and identity information

When you register, we collect your mobile number, which is used to verify your identity through a One-Time Password (OTP). We do not store your OTP.

b. Profile and member directory information

This may include your name, photograph, gender, date of birth, address, family/household relationships, education, occupation, and other details you choose to add to your community profile.

c. Family and household information

Because our community directory is organized by families, your profile may be linked to other members of your household. Information about family members is added either by you or by an authorized community administrator.

d. Payment information

When you make a payment, donation, or booking, payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. We retain only transaction records such as amount, date, status, and a transaction reference.

e. Booking and service information

If you use hostel or guest house booking, matrimony, business directory, complaint/grievance, or similar features, we collect the information you submit for those services.

f. Communications

We may send you transactional and community messages by SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, or email. To do this we may share your mobile number with our messaging service providers.

g. Usage and device information

We may automatically collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, and basic usage logs to keep the Platform secure and working correctly.

• Maintain the community member and family directory;
